Approach
Psychosocial counselling is not about applying the same method to every person. It is about understanding what you are experiencing and finding an approach that genuinely fits you.

A personal and individual approach

Depending on your needs, I integrate elements of Focusing, body awareness and systemic and hypnosystemic counselling. Together, we look beneath the surface, recognise recurring patterns and develop new perspectives and practical ways forward.
My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to help you understand yourself more clearly, regain stability and make decisions that feel right for you

01
Focusing
Focusing involves experiencing and releasing emotions on a physical level. It's about repeatedly returning to the here and now to translate feelings into sensations. The body has long known what our mind sometimes still needs to understand.
02
Person-centered conversation
Person-centred counselling is grounded in empathy, authenticity and unconditional acceptance.

03
Voice Dialogue
Voice Dialogue often helps where there is inner conflict. Unconscious parts of ourselves can be identified and addressed, thereby strengthening our conscious self.
